With Mediterranean summer vibes and romantic architectural beauty, Andrew and Sara tied the knot at the stunning Cloisters, and they brought their closest friends and family to celebrate in the wonderful town of Sorrento. And so the day began
Anticipation began for the two during wedding preparations at the Grand Hotel Ambasciatori. The make up artists made the final touches to the absolutely stunning Sara, whilst meanwhile, Andrew was taking his 4th cold shower to stave away the heat. As a result, Andrew and best man Ben, swiftly made their way to the hotel bar shortly after.
After making their way downstairs, the transport for the day greeted them in style in a Classic Beetle 1303 Convertible. Andrew and Ben were poised suavely in the back seat, so we headed along the gorgeous Amalfi coast towards the stunning setting of the Cloisters.
Upon arrival, Andrew and his guests awaited Sara, who likewise slowly made her way down the aisle adorned in a stunning gown by Madison James. Met with tears and emotion from Andrew, and similarly by their guests, it was a really tender moment.
Furthermore, after the ceremony Andrew and Sara hopped back into Beetle for a spin across the Amalfi Coast. We know if only from the Sopranos how important family is to the Italian natives. Well, wherever we stopped, the traffic stopped, and so did the entourage of onlookers. Horns honked, tanti auguri!
As the sun set, the speeches took place with stunning views laid out behind, while shortly after they were served with a beautiful three course meal. I was lucky enough to sneak the couple away for 15 minutes to catch them sharing laughs during the remainder of light we had.
Finally the party made its way inside and they took off heels and ties. What an absolute pleasure it was to see Andrew, Sara and their friends laughing and dancing well into the night.
